The best times to play the markets are times of high volume.
Early in th emorning there is volitility so wait until 30 minutes have passed and the smoke has cleared unless it's just a wave you must ride.

Between 10am and 11 am

Stay in if money is there for the taking.

Then.

2.15pm to 3.55pm
(many times better to eait until after 3 to get in)
